Patch frame

How to connect devices in two cabinets?
The usual method, using the cable entry holes in the roof or in the base of each rack is laborious, time-consuming and the space capacity is often insuffi cient.
TRITON has developed for its own cabinets unique patented solution – patch frame. After installing frame on the adjacent cabinet it replaces original door and greatly increases the capacity and convenience for cabling between racks.

Cable entries are covered with breakout plugs. Where the cabling is needed, plugs can be easily removed and frame design ensures the protection of cables, including compliance with the bending radius of optical cables.
The frame is supplied as standard with double door of all types - glass, fully-metal or perforated. After the withdrawal of door from its hinges administration of cables between cabinets becomes an easy game, only inserting cables into the prepared trays without pulling.
Patch frame can be installed on the cabinets already filled with technology on the front or back of the cabinet, and thus greatly simplify their administration.

Need to connect not directly adjacent cabinets?
No problem with the patch frame. Just install a cable tray on the top of the patch frame and you can easily bypass several cabinets exactly as needed.
After closing the covers and door and lock all the cables are protected from unauthorized access.
Patch frame is available for selected sizes of cabinets in two versions. 75 mm deep version offers cable openings with dimensions 109 x 40 mm, 150 mm recessed version then even 109 x 80mm. The patch frame for the most common 42U high rack has on each side 6 of these cable openings ...
